Llanelieu, St Ellwys, near Talgarth, Powys
Llanelieu church is situated in the hills of the Brecon Beacons, Wales, UK. It is a beautiful, no longer used church dating from the thirteenth century. We visited it last weekend and I wrote in the visitors book that I would publish some photographs here.

A very happy festive season also to you and yours.
My photographs cannot show all the beauty inside the building - though one or two ever the next days may try. There are some wonderful old friezes, carved wood, windows and stone.
It is a very special church in a very special place.
It brought us peace and calm in our extremely stressed lives.
